“Hi, this is SaaRaLa and I just finished my series of Transformation Journey with Ana La Rai and want to comment on how much it helped me and why. Other than changing my meditation habits to be more aware and doing more meditations than I have ever done before, I found myself learning so much about myself and am going to enumerate some of the highlights of what I received during these sessions.

1. I have been able to release issues I’ve had with three people for over 40 years.
